Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) was implemented by South Norfolk Council 1st May 2014. CIL has been liable on a new development, greater than 100 sq m, since this date, and on a conversion of a building which is no longer in lawful use.
Where CIL payments have been made within Pulham St Mary a proportion is given to the Parish Council. These monies can be used to support the development within the area, by funding provision, improvement, replacement , operation or maintenance of infrastructure or anything else which is concerned with addressing the demands that new development places on the area.
Reports are submitted annually by the Parish Council to South Norfolk Council, providing details of funding received and expenditure made.
