The Consultation will run from 9am Monday 27th October 2025, until 5pm Monday 8th December 2025.
The Design Code has been prepared to improve the consistency and quality of new residential design across both Districts (but excluding the Broads Authority executive area). It will be applicable to all new residential schemes between one dwelling and 500 dwellings and it is intended that it will be for use by all of those involved in the development management process – from applicants to local communities, Councillors and decision makers.
